Shipping and Processing Information

Standard shipping for most small items in my shop is via lettermail within Canada and via Small Packet USA and International Air, which is the most affordable, but has zero tracking information. There is the option to upgrade to tracked shipping at check out.

If there is a tracking number I am able to follow up with Canada Post should there be any major issues or delays. As much as I would love to help you if there are issues or delays with your untracked package, there is absolutely no way for me to do so. *** For this reason I can not offer cash refunds on any lost or delayed items shipped with an untracked shipping method.*** Please keep this in mind when deciding on your preferred method of shipping. ♥️

The current estimated delivery times set out by Etsy and Canada Post are NOT reflective of what I am currently seeing for deliveries. Canada Post has not provided guidance, and I am unable to estimate delivery dates at this time. 

Please note International orders are experiencing extreme delays in delivery. Again, with untracked shipping there is no way for me to follow up or check into this.***
